Checking why a part is not online and how to check pricing
You can check a item pricing and why an item may not be online by going to: http://enable/price.aspx
To use the form:
- Choose your site
- Enter the item number
- You may also enter a specific customer number or coupon code and adjust quantity (QTY) if you want to see specific pricing for a customer or discount set up.
- Click "Search" to query for price information
A checklist is displayed which gives you some useful information to identify potential problems. For an item to be shown online all entries on the checklist should have green tick marks.
Here is what to do if a red ! appears in the checklist:
- Valid Price?
If "!", then QAD pricing in that country is probably not configured correctly and it should be correct in QAD. A missing price or price
- Exists in product database?
If "!" this will stop the item from showing online. Please contact the product manager responsible to add the part to the Enable product database.
This guide shows you how to add a part to a product in the Enable product database. If the item is a locally ranged product, and you do not have access to the Enable product database, please send Enable Support a ticket.
- QAD item master ok?
If "!" this means the item is missing / invalid from the QAD pt_mstr record. Please contact QAD support or the product manager to look into this issue further.
- QAD site item details ok?
If "!" this should be resolved by your logistics team. It means this item has a missing / invalid ptp_site record (missing information on distribution centre etc.) in QAD.
- QAD item status?
If this is "!" this means the QAD part status (pt_status) is missing or invalid. Valid statuses include ACTIVE and NEW-1. Items with NEW-1 status will not appear online automatically. Requirements for an item to show on the international website:
- Item must have been added to product in Enable product database
- Item must exist on DC-NO
- Item must have status ACTIVE or ZZHI-1 (as long as stock > 10)
- Item status can be NEW-1 as long as "Allow NEW-1 item to be displayed online" has been checked (under Web Shop Configuration)
- There must be a valid list price for the item on the international reference price (IRPusd price list)
