When specific parts are not showing online, this may have several reasons.
Most often one of these two factors is involved.

- Product Database Setup
To resolve why the part is not showing, follow these steps
- Go to http://enable/price.aspx
- Select site, enter part number and (optionally) a valid customer number
- Check if the price is correct or any warnings show
- If the price is negative or missing, check with QAD to see if prices are set up correctly for the given region / site
- If the item is not active in QAD or other basic QAD (MFG/Pro) data is missing, please contact QAD or the product manager
- If the item is missing in the Enable product database, please contact the product manager responsible for the associated product. The product manager will need to add the part to the product in the Enable product database.
