Enable.Support@laerdal.no is not working
Some users within Laerdal will not be able to send requests to Enable.Support@laerdal.no. While the recommended practice is to use Enable.Support@laerdal.com (note the .com extension), you should make sure that the old settings for the .no support e-mail are removed.
Here is how to do it:

Open Outlook
- Create a new mail message
- Type "Enable.Support" in the recipient field
- Click on the cross/remove icon (see screenshot) next to the entry that reads Enable.Support@laerdal.no. This will remove the cached settings for that address.
From this point onwards, you should be able to use Enable.Support@laerdal.no as before. Again, use of Enable.Support@laerdal.com is preferred.
