Brazil QAD - Transactions won’t complete / Transactions hang - Tomcat Restart

Symptoms:

“Transactions won’t complete”

“Transactions hang”

Status Not Active

Go to the Tomcat Manager

You should see this:

Click on the “Tomcat Manager” link on the left.

User: admin

Password: mfgpro

You should see a screen similar to this:

Click on “List Applications”. You should see this:

Click “Stop” for /laerdal_prd.Wait a few minutes for the page to refresh.Once refreshed “Stop” should no longer be a link and “Start” should be.Click “Start”.Wait for the page to refresh then wait a few more minutes to make sure it completely starts.Ask the user to try again.
